There are alot of strong alliances out there (for example Chang An's alliance) and we should stand strong against these alliances. Some of you might think this proposal is kind of strange after you received Old Grandad proposal, but in my opinion should towns be all of the same use in an empire. In Old Grandads idea there were some lower towns who would only gain from the other towns and that's not the right thought. I have been thinking about the right name for this empire, and I think the best name is to call us what we are: The Independent Cities Empire (or: all In Control Empire). If you accept this proposal, then you should put our empire's name in your towns name (so Big Bang - ICE). I suggest that there will be 3 people who represent the town as there will be 3 functions for each town. - President. This does not have to be the Towns Founder, but this is the person who negotiates with the other Presidents in our empire to make democratic decisions. (Every decision that will be made should be discussed with all the other towns) - Sheriff. This person is the one to inform the residents in his town when there will be a sanctioned action and/or suggest one to his fellow Sheriffs in the empire. - Shopping boss. This is the person who provides shopping lists to the other towns and he is the one to contact if someone wants to shop in another town. These jobs can be either done by 1 and by 3 people, as long as person(s) are active players. Dueling between other towns is not allowed, except if 2 towns both agree to attack each other for the fun of it. Towns have the right to choose whether if they participate in a sanctioned action or not. No one can forbid a player from an ICE town to shop in their towns. Every town should atleast have 2 spots open for shoppers all the time. If one of the ICE towns is really inactive (or for reason does not deserve to be an ICE town), all the other towns should agree on ones town dismissal (which will be discussed by the presidents). có 1 số vấn đề chính: _ đặt tên cho alliances, cái tên hay nhất tới giờ mà nó có đc là The Independent Cities Empire, nếu đc thì thêm cái ICE vào tên town ( ICE viết tắt của Independent Cities Empire) _ mỗi town nên có 3 người đảm nhận những việc sau: + president: ko cần là "sếp mũ đen" () người này lo việc liên lạc với pres town khác trong alliances rồi phổ biến cho anh em. + sheriff: chỉ đạo nghệ thuật cho anh em, thông báo mục tiêu cho anh em trong town khi cả alliances đánh nhau + shopping boss: cái tên nói lên tất cả sẽ update item cho town khác, và là người sẽ invite bọn town khác vào mua đồ nếu chúng nó muốn 3 việc trên 1 người làm cũng đc, miễn active. _ đánh nhau ko cho phép, trừ khi 2 bên đồng ý thử lửa _ town có thể chọn lựa tham gia đánh nhau hay ko đánh khi alliances kêu gọi _ ko ai đc cấm người trong liên minh vào shopping, nên có ít nhất 2 chỗ trống để anh em khác vào shop _ nếu 1 town inactive thì bị kick khỏi alliances sau khi các pres đã thống nhất _ nếu 1 town mới muốn gia nhập lm thì nên cho nó vào( tụi Bob thì sao nhỉ :( ) he he, lần này alliances có cái silver snake đang war với cái town của sieusao, mình có cớ thịt con daja tội ngược đãi mình rồi
Bob sao vào lm này được. Tụi Bob nó đang LM với Chang_AN . Mà BigBang thì đang war với cả liên minh Chang_An mà đối tượng chính là KOMICA . Tui đang bên BigBang nên cũng rõ mà . Bên LM Chang An sang dữ lắm . Cả mấy thằng Top 1 cũng sang luôn. Nên hy vọng mọi người cân nhắc trước quyết định lm . :)
Mọi người cho hỏi một chút . Cái danh sách những người đang đứng ở 1 vị trí . Sẽ hiển thị theo thứ tự người nào đến sau ở trên và người nào đến trước ở dưới à ???? Và 1 điều nữa là : Nếu nó Duel mình nhưng trong 10' đó mình ngủ kịp và nhận được 1 thông báo vu. "ám sát " bất thành thì nó có bị mất Năng lượng hay motivation không ?????
