ijji REACTOR Patch & Fixes [15/06]​

Fixes:
1. Error Log System:

Issue: Unable to sign into REACTOR. Even after inputting correct user ID & PW, user is brought back to the sign-in page. When REACTOR is closed at that point, 'Error Log System' window pops up displaying the error message below (displayed in Korean language):


After Fix: When system error message occurs, it is now shown in English!

Workaround: Click "Game Start" from the game's webpage instead of launching REACTOR from the Desktop or other local shortcuts on your PC.


2. Page update error!!(6):

After Fix: Chances of getting "Page update error!!(6)" have been reduced significantly.

Workaround: Launch REACTOR again, from the Desktop shortcut, and it will begin updated but the update process may take longer than usual. Please give it 2 or 3 attempts and it should eventually update successfully without any issue.

3. REACTOR Server Maintenance Error:

Issue: During server maintenance, there should be a notification message but instead users receive the error message below:


After Fix: Notification message will appear during server maintenance! (no more error message)

Some changes have been made to the way goggles work. These changes are only applicable if you have goggles equipped. If you do not wish to see the indicators, you can un-equip your goggles.

If you hit an enemy in combat, you will see a brief flash of pink light over the enemies head, as displayed below.



If you kill an enemy, you will briefly see a skull pop up above your enemy, as displayed below.



Additionally, it also will show if you are on a kill-streak as displayed below.

New Annihilation Map: Snake Eye - Night Ops!


Enjoy Snake Eye, in the dark! Make good use of your Night Vision Goggle's, but be sure to keep an eye on the battery levels or you might get stuck in the dark!
You can also pick up light sticks and run around with them or throw them on the floor to brighten up the nearby area.


It is supposed to brighten up the surrounding area when it's in a user’s hands or when tossed on the ground. However, there is an issue that may cause you to be unable to see the extra light provided by the light stick. If you go into your video settings and you have the "Light" setting set to "none", the light stick will not appear to be providing any light.

So if you want to use the light sticks in Snake Eye: Night Ops, you willl need to either have the "light" setting set to "Single Light Source" or "Complex Light Source", then you will be able to use the light stick as it is intended.

We are happy to bring you a new event, Continental Showdown!
In this event, all A.V.A players can select a force (USA or Europe) from the event page. Once selected, there is no changing the force. During the event, all of your kill counts will be added to your force's total. It is a competition to see who will gain more kills during the event period. Kill Count total is updated once a day roughly about 10 minutes after midnight.

Background:
The EU is comprised of soldiers from both Europe & USA. But even in the EU there is a struggle for superiority. Enlist in either the EU or USA forces & fight for your continent!

Event Info: After you have enlisted in either the EU or USA forces (upon entering the event page you will be prompted to select USA or EU), start gaining kills! the kills you earned during the event period will be added to the total for your force selected. The objective is to acheive a higher kill than the other force by the end of the event.

Schedule: December 9th 2010 - January 4th, 2011

Prize: Everyone who enlisted to the winning force will receive 15 days of Silver Desert Eagule & A Golden Rose Balaclava!

War Heroes: The top 10 soldiers with the most kills during the event will be honored as War Heroes. They will also receive 150 G coin Each!

Starting after the update maintenance on 1/12/2011, Luckyshot event will begin. Objective is to gain luckyshots to win prizes. At 10, 20, and 35 luckyshots gained, A.V.A players will win various prizes.

How it works: Just play A.V.A during the event schedule and gain luckyshots. Your Luckyshot total will be displayed on the event page. At 10, 20, 35 luckyshot achieved, you can win prizes. The prizes will be automatically distributed to your inventory the day after you have achieved it.
