I. Quan Danh Thue (Mercenaries)
Dai Viet while not prefer to use mercenaries but highlanders mercenary still exist. These mercenaries came from many ethnic minorities in the mountainous regions in North and North West of Dai Viet. These tribes often keep a good relationship with the Viet people and loyal to the Viet’s emperor. These tribes will supply warriors for any Viet’s warlords and even the other as long as he has enough gold to pay.
1. Nung Lao (Nung Javeliners): Highlanders mercenary armed with round wooden shield, bamboo javelin, sickle (rựa), no armors

Additional Armor: oval wooden shield
Unit description
The Nung people are fierce and warlike tribes who settled in the vast mountainous regions at North West Dai Viet. In Dai Viet the Nung people somewhat gained their independent in the form of autonomous and vassal. To exchange for this the Nung (and many other tribes) proved their loyalty to Dai Viet Emperor. They will always willing to send their fierce warrior to help Dai Viet in times of war.
Nung Lao or Nung Javelineers are the main fighting force of Nung tribes. They’re warriors who armed with javelin, large oval shield and sickle. They exchange defense for mobility so they didn’t wear armor. These warriors were an excellent skirmishers who can lay an ambush, scout and wage a guerilla warfare again the enemy especially when fighting in their own regions. However they’re not discipline and trained as the more civilized people plus light equipment made them not suitable for a prolong melee combat again professional troops.
Historically the Nung was an especially in the use of javelin. According to some report they fought in the team of 3 warriors. One warrior carried a large wooden oval shield to protect a whole team while 2 other arms with large amount of javelins will pepper the enemy. This tactic proved very effect and the Nung warriors under a great Nung king once overran large amount of territory in China. However the divided Nung people was pushed back by more civilized kingdom and slowly swallowed by China then Dai Viet

bác nói nghe hay quá. Nhưng nên sửa lại cho giống văn phong... con gái. Lớp phó đang giả gái mà ^^

forum có lợi thế là nói chuyện nơi đông người, và hắn trong forum đó từng nói rằng mình mở topic để nói về Champa. Nên ko có lý do gì người ta muốn biết về Champa mà hắn ko thèm nói. Nếu ko nói ( hoặc ko biết để nói) thì 1 là hắn sẽ khai thật, 2 là sẽ lặn luôn.

Tôi công nhận thằng này rất đáng ngờ. Hắn có thật biết về Champa ko?
