Bầu HLV tuyển QG

chài, chán thật, trong thời gian bầu cử tuyển QG thì lại vắng bóng các cao thủ.
Không một người ra tranh cử, không một sáng kiến nào được đưa ra cho vị trí Ntrainer, không một chút tin tức nào về những thành tích hay tổng kết nhiệm kỳ trước, không một chút thông tin nào về các ứng cử viên trong top 10 candidates, không một chút không khí của 1 cuộc bầu cử, không...còn gì để viết . Chỉ thoang thoảng đâu đây một chút lành lạnh của gió..........và một vài giọt phùn đầu xuân

 

Bởi vì kết quả cuộc bầu cử này không nằm ở đây mà nằm ở chỗ khác. Thành viên cũ thì chắc là biết HLV kỳ tới thuộc về ai

 

sau khi đọc bài viết này, i đã gửi yêu cầu Tocster làm bản tóm tắt nhiệm kỳ wa để mọi người được biết. Kết wả là Tocster đã viết ... dài thế này :o . Bác nào siêng thì đọc để nắm bắt tình hình đội tuyển (đặc biệt là các ứng cử viên càng phải nghiên cứu )

Im not really keen on creating a summary for all the Friendlies we have played as I simply dont have the time to do so at the moment.

But we could do like this :)

This is the first game I was in charge of (37667989)

We played Paraguay and I was in a bar with some friends that night following the match via SMS.

It was a good start for me not loosing the first match as I wouldnt have liked that.

A few matches followed with defeats home to Colombia and away to Peru.

We got a draw against Venezuela (38007537) at home.

Then came the return match against Paraguay - (38154536)

They were ripped to pieces by a very well performing Vietnam team :)

Another fine win came the week after against (38329651) Kyrgyzstan.

We played some more Friendlies before the World Qualies started and here is a few of the matches we can be happy with I reckon.

The World Qualies then started and what a start for Vietnam.

First game we faced mighty Poland and they were in for a surprise that will never be forgotten.

At home we demolished them and got 3 points that no one had expected (46012485)

All in all we had a very good WC qualies result and you can read more about the matches in the Qualies review here

I was also asked to give my view on the future of the NT team.

We have many players that have gotten more training than their current level so the new manager will se some skill raises in the near future.

I will not reveal the skills of the players as the World Qualifiers are just around the corner and I will not give the opponents a chance to calculate the NT teams ratings (approx)

What I will say is:

Vietnam has a great future ahead of us.

We have a team that can compete against against almost all opponents and this is with an average age below 22 !

There are currently (to my knowledge) only 2 players in the team that are not trained, and one stopped recently, so this is not bad at all.

To finish off my term I have spent some time (last 4 hours) preparing a guide for the new NT manager so he will get off to a good start without to much stress and worries.

As a closing remark I would like to say that the last year has been a pleasure and challenge I would never be without.

Getting to know your community has been a divine :) experience for me that I will never forget.

And as I have said earlier - I will never leave this conference as I simply never would stop following you and the Vietnam NT teams.

A major thanks should also go to fredde (11446) and theguardian (49875) for their tireless assisting around the NT team.
