Cố kiếm job remote là phương án khả dĩ nhất mình nghĩ ra, cũng muốn về ĐN nhưng mà mình không kiếm job ở DN mà tìm job remote thôi. Còn 1 cách nữa là vd xin vào fsoft SG, sau đó làm 1 thời gian thì relocate về DN (ko bị giảm lương nhưng chắc 1 2 năm khó tăng lương). Nhưng nói chung mất thời gian với lằng nhằng nên cũng không đáng cân nhắc lắm. Mình nói vì đợt mình nghỉ fsoft, hr có bảo mình có thể xin relocate về DN mà vẫn giữ lương (vì lúc đó trao đổi mình bảo tính chuyển vào DN). Còn lại thì có 1 số rất ít công ty DN trả lương cũng cao nhưng mà mình không biết nhiều.

Như ông trên bảo ý. Ăn chắc mặc bền nhất là chuyển qua các cty outsource VN có chi nhánh ở Đà Nẵng, vào đó chịu khó năng nổ cày theo hướng BrSE một thời gian. Cứng rồi thì xin relocate về Đà Nẵng, nhưng phải deal lại lương đó nha bác.
