Well i have some request for TQ stuff and players too: TQ you should colaborate more with the players, and the players must do the same! All the players needs to speak nice with the TQs and GMs PMs! Make the HELPDESK WORK they never answer there! TQ should have a weekly look over the servers, about any bugs or other things! If you want to work, all you need it`s to colaborate with the players! Since nobody has did this, i think you all should think about this. TQ and Players are like familly here, if someone it`s sad make him happy! My advice is that TQ will need to be more friendly with the ppl who are playing here. maybe they even could help you with some problems you got in the systems!
