Yeah, but only on china. But some tooltips are very similar and ш believe that there is no need to put the same tips. If you want them I can post it to you.

Woah and about resolution. I use 1024x768 resolution. I build .exe file, containing this

start hl.exe -steam -game cstrike -appid 10 -noipx -nojoy -noforcemspd -noforcemparms -noforcemaccel -num_edicts 3000 -nomaster -w 1024 -32bpp -gl

Where the line -w 1024 -32bpp -gl hard turns on the 1024x768 32 bits per pixel and OpenGl mode. I also delete video options menu from client. Every time you launch NST it's starts on 1024 32bpp and ogl mode.

how to resize this text ??

 

Just open TrackerScheme.res file located in cstrike/resource folder.
Find Legacy_CreditsFont line and resize it. For example:

"Legacy_CreditsFont"

"antialias" "1"
"yres" "1 10000"

}

Where the "name" - is a font name (you can use different fonts, just open your Windows fonts menu and choose your favourite)
"tall" - size of the text
"weight" - thickness of the text
"antialis" - antialiasing
"yres" - there is no need to change this line cause this is only changes ingame text position.

If you're want you can change all fonts in the game. Just look this pic below)
