Godzilla - A lot. I'd say like 35~40 mins. Ghidorah about 30 mins. Mothra about 20 mins. Rodan probably has the least screentime, 15 mins at most. Not positive, just my general assumption.

Zhang ziyi digs up ancient texts from the Monarch database describing Ghidorah as a "Demon which fell from the skies" and figures out he is an alien, which explains his weird physiology like total immunity to the Oxygen Destroyer and super regenerative powers. Nothing about where he came from and why he came, just that he is an invasive species with the natural ability to terraform the planet to his own liking. His ability to cause hypercanes and exert control over other titans is a part of this.

He's just that fast. But the charge is literally earth shaking, it actually feels like a 99000 ton creature running.

When Ghidorah and Godzilla collide, a visible shockwave can be seen, which ripples out through the entire area. Much like when Superman and Zod charge at each other in Man of Steel.
