What bad customer service is this?
so i reported my account has been blocked on friday. i waited till monday which is today to receive a reply and guess what they told me:
Dear Lord,
Through our investigation, We find our your account with extremely high amount of gold
Kindly tell us the method of player using such high amount of gold.
LOL? really? you could just check my account i have already topped up more than $600 Singapore dollars because i want to bid your+9 item and i sold my cubics in market. and your way of handling this situation is BLOCK MY ACCOUNT for 4 days ( up till now still blocked ) even i replied to your email few hours ago. Why cant you check my acc before blocking me? i supported your game and this is your way to repay a paying player? I am 4 days behind in terms of level/crafting/gold all thanks to you.
I will not support this company anymore. $600 to me is not alot of money but here i am saying i wont support your game anymore. Good luck with your repetitive and boring game. And most importantly, you wont get a single cent from me anymore.
