    Wukong, the Monkey King

    Crushing Blow: Wukong swings his mighty staff with incredible speed, crushing his opponent. This attack deals additional physical damage and reduces the enemy's armor for a short duration.
    Decoy: Wukong utilizes his cleverness to trick his foes. He becomes stealthed for 1.5 seconds and leaves an uncontrollable decoy behind that will deal Magic Damage to enemies near it after 1.5 seconds.
    Nimbus Strike: Wukong dashes on a cloud toward a target enemy and sends out images to attack up to 2 additional enemies near his target, dealing physical damage to each enemy struck.
    Cyclone (Ultimate): Wukong's staff grows outward and he spins it around, dealing damage and knocking up enemies. Wukong gains movement speed over the duration of the spell.
    Stone Skin (Passive): Wukong's armor and magic resistance are increased for each nearby enemy champion.

    Fury decays at 5 Fury per second after being out of combat for 10 seconds.
    Bloodlust
    Passively adds 5-20/10-30/15-40/20-50/25-60 Attack Damage depending on how wounded Tryndamere is
    Consumes all Fury to heal Tryndamere for 30-80/40-135/50-190/60-245/70-300 depending on how much Fury was consumed

    Skarner, The Crystal Vanguard

    Crystal Slash: Skarner lashes out with his claws, dealing physical damage to all nearby enemies and charging himself with Crystal Energy for several seconds if a unit is struck. If he casts Crystal Slash again while empowered by Crystal Energy, he deals bonus Magic Damage and slows all targets hit.
    Crystalline Exoskeleton: Skarner gains a shield and while the shield persists his movement speed and attack speed are both increased.
    Fracture: Skarner summons a blast of crystalline energy which deals damage to enemies struck and marks them. Any further damage dealt to marked targets by Skarner will allow him to consume the mark to heal himself.
    Impale (Ultimate): Skarner suppresses an enemy champion and deals magic damage to it. During this time, Skarner can move freely and will drag his helpless victim around with him. When the effect ends, Skarner's target will be dealt additional damage.
    Energize (Passive): Basic attacks lower the cooldowns of Skarner's abilities by 1 second against champions and 0.5 seconds against non-champions.


    Akali

    The cooldown before Akali's next Shadow Dance charge and her current stacks are now shown in the same buff


    Amumu

    Amumu will now attempt to attack the target after successfully pulling himself to an enemy champion with Bandage Toss


    Ashe

    Fixed a bug where Frost Arrow would consume mana if Ashe canceled her auto-attack early


    Blitzcrank

    Mana Barrier
    Fixed a bug where Mana Barrier could be bypassed if the damage taken would instantly kill him
    Fixed a bug where Mana Barrier would activate when the cooldown expired even if not taking damage
    Fixed a bug where Power Fist failed to grant lifesteal effects

    Fixed a bug where Pyroclasm would fizzle if Brand died

    Fixed a bug where planting a Yordle Snap Trap after a trap was recently triggered caused a previous trap to be consumed (as if you placed too many)

    Ground Slam
    Radius increased to 400 from 350

    Fixed a bug where Unstoppable Force sometimes failed to pass through Crystallize, Pillar of Filth, and Cataclysm


    Maokai

    Maokai will now attempt to attack after using Twisted Advance if the target is a champion

    Master Yi can now use Wuju Style and Highlander while Alpha Strike is active
    Master Yi will now attempt to attack the target after using Alpha Strike to teleport to a champion

    Fixed a bug where Mace of Spades was providing the diminished Spell Vamp effect even if used against a single target
    Fixed a bug where Children of the Grave would fail to clone targets if they were nontargetable when they died (Sanguine Pool, Alpha Strike, etc)

    Soul Eater lifesteal increased at earlier levels to 14/17/20% from 10/15/20%

    Cooldown reduced to 15/14/13/12/11 seconds from 15 seconds at all ranks
    Mana cost reduced to 80 from 100
    Wither will now reach its max slow even if its duration is reduced (ie: by tenacity)
    Spirit Fire
    No longer has a 0.5 second delay before taking effect
    Now deals half of its damage initially and the other half over the duration -- initial 55/95/135/175/215 (+0.6 ability power) Magic Damage and 11/19/27/35/43 (+0.12 ability power) Magic Damage each second for the next 5 seconds
    Fixed a bug where Siphoning Strike sometimes gained extra lifesteal

    Updated Bushwhack's reveal particle effect
    Fixed a bug where Bushwhack was reducing the target's base armor and magic resistance rather than total armor and magic resistance


    Nocturne

    Paranoia
    Nocturne will now attempt to attack the target after using Paranoia
    Paranoia no longer grants assists for limiting enemy vision


    Pantheon

    Heartseeker Strike
    Now does a better job of hitting targets on top of Pantheon
    Damage increased to 13/23/33/43/53 from 4/6/8/10/12
    Scaling adjusted to a .6 bonus Attack Damage ratio from a .2/.25/.3/.35/.4 total Attack Damage ratio
    Now fires 3 strikes instead of 5

    Noxian Diplomacy: Talon viciously stabs his enemy, dealing heavy physical damage and causing them to leave a blood trail that Talon can use to track them.
    Rake: Talon fans out three blades in front of him that quickly return to him, dealing damage and slowing any target hit in either direction.
    Cutthroat: Talon leaps behind his target and silences them for a short duration, amplifying the damage of any of his follow up attacks and abilities.
    Shadow Assault (Ultimate): Talon enters stealth for a short duration, gaining a movement speed boost and sending blades that deal damage to all enemies in their path flying in every direction. Once the blades reach a certain distance, they pause and form a circle. When Talon reappears from stealth, the blades return to him, once again dealing damage to any opponent they pass through.

    Ascended Form (Passive): Xerath feeds on arcane power, making him increasingly resilient to physical harm. He converts a percentage of his Ability Power into Armor.

    Nautilus, the Titan of the Depths

    Staggering Blow (Passive) – Nautilus’ first basic attack against a target deals bonus physical damage and immobilizes the opponent briefly. Staggering Blow cannot trigger on the same target more than once every 12 seconds.
    Dredge Line - Nautilus throws his anchor forward. If he hits an enemy, he'll drag himself to his target and his target to him. If he hits terrain, he'll drag himself to the terrain and the cooldown is reduced.
    Titan’s Wrath- Nautilus places a shield on himself that absorbs additional damage based on his maximum health. While the shield is active, Nautilus' attacks deal damage over time to units around him.
    Riptide- Nautilus slams the ground, causing the earth to ripple out in waves. Each wave deals damage and slows the targets hit. This slow decays over time. Multiple waves that hit the same target deal reduced damage.
    Depth Charge(Ultimate) – Nautilus launches a depth charge towards a target that picks up speed as it travels. This charge knocks up all enemies it encounters while traveling and explodes on impact, stunning the target and launching them into the air.

    Duelist (passive) - Fiora regenerates health over 6 seconds each time she deals damage. Striking champions will cause this effect to stack up to 4 times.
    Lunge - Fiora dashes forward to strike her target, dealing physical damage. Fiora can perform the dash a second time within a couple seconds at no mana cost.
    Riposte - Fiora's Attack Damage is increased. When activated, Fiora parries the next basic attack and reflects magic damage back to the attacker. Works against champions, monsters, and large minions.
    Burst of Speed - Fiora temporarily gains additional Attack Speed. Each basic attack or Lunge she lands during this time increases her Movement Speed. Killing a champion refreshes the cooldown on Burst of Speed.
    Blade Waltz (ultimate) - Fiora dashes around the battlefield to deal physical damage to enemy champions. Successive strikes against the same target deal less damage.

    Pix, Faerie Companion (Passive) - Pix fires magical bolts of energy whenever his owner attacks another enemy unit. These bolts are homing, but can be intercepted by other units.
    Glitterlance - Pix and Lulu each fire a bolt of magical energy that heavily slows all enemies it hits. An enemy can only be damaged by one bolt.
    Whimsy - If cast on an ally, grants them movement speed and ability power for a short time. If cast on an enemy, turns them into an adorable critter that can't attack or cast spells.
    Help, Pix! - If cast on an ally, commands Pix to jump to an ally and shield them. He then follows them and aids their attacks. If cast on an enemy, commands Pix to jump to an enemy and damage them. He then follows them and grants you vision of that enemy.
    Wild Growth (Ultimate) - Lulu enlarges an ally, knocking enemies away from them and granting them a large amount of bonus health. For the next few seconds, that ally gains an aura that slows nearby enemies.
