PS: dạo này mạng FPT rất lag vào buổi tối nên khó vào được NF, và nếu sử dụng thêm skype thì khả năng chơi là yếu lắm , tốt nhất nên dùng googletalk, đăng ký 1 nick google, cái này dùng tốt mà chạy khá nhanh, ko ngốn băng thông đâu

Hôm nay team VN meeting luc 8 giờ tối VN, cám ơn những người có mặt đúng giờ và hòan tấn được một việc là voip nhưng vẫn chưa hòan hảo lắm.
Những người còn lại làm ơn đúng giờ chút, hiện nay danh sách tui chỉ có 9 người đã tham gia (gồm cả viettung).
Hi vọng mọi người sẽ có mặt đầy đủ vào lần sau.

NAVY FIELD WORLD WAR RULES
Dear fans of NF,

I apologize for the delay as I'm sure there are many of you anticipating the rules for our
new NF World War. Without further ado:

***All players of participating NF World War teams must read the following "NF League
Regulations" at least once from beginning to end.***

1) Default Map: No Way Out 1

2) Time Limit: 30 minutes per match

3) Total Number of players will be 20 per team with 4 as reserve (7 BB, 3 CV, 2 TW, 3 CA,
3 CL, 2 DD)

4) Available Ship Classes - Please choose one from below

*Only 1 of each ship allowed per type. For example, 3 BB5 allowed (Montana, Lion2, Super
Yamato, H44) a team cannot have two players using Montana. 3 of the 4 BB5 would need to be
used instead.

- 3 CL (Brooklyn, Cleveland, Emerald, Sirius, Emden, Bayern, Dhonburi)

- 2 DD (DDX, L Class, Tsukikei, Z31, Z99)

*All ship settings may differ slightly from the normal servers because it will be an
"Event Server".

*DD ship class can use smoke bombs (one DD can use 2 smoke bombs, so a total of 6 smoke
bombs will be available for use).

5) Points (Most points gained will determine the champion)

CV = 25 (3*25= 75)

BB = 20 (7*20 = 140)

CA = 15 (3*15= 45)

CL = 10 (3*10 = 30)

TW = 5 (2*5 = 10)

DD = 5 (2*5 = 10)

Total 20 ships Total 310 Points

Basic Points = 20 (If all team members are ready to battle on time)

Annihilation Bonus Points = 60

Annihilation in 10 Min Bonus Points = 120

Annihilation in 20 Min Bonus Points = 90

Winning Points = 100

Total Available Points per Battle = 700

6) Rules

- The matches will be determined randomly by drawing. Players will compete in normal rooms
created by the referees (Staff team).
*Team representatives will chose Alpha or Bravo according to coin toss. The
representative who wins the coin toss has the opportunity to choose.

- Defeated team will still receive points earned from ships sunk during battle.

- If a team wins by virtue of foul play on the part of the opposing team, the winning team
will only receive 250 points (the losing team will receive 0 points regardless of ships sunk).

- If a team gives up a match, the opposing team will gain 310 points.

- If a team begins a match without a full roster of ships, those ship's points will be
added automatically to the opposing team's sunk ship points.

- All players can only play with one account.

- The settings for each account should not be modified.
*The armor, armament, torpedoes, FCS, and armament for planes are selectable. Sailors
which are recruited will be managed by the player (whether or not to use the sailors).

- A match will be determined a loss by the refs if one team has less than 15 players.

- If you are found to be exploiting a known bug, you will first be warned. If continued,
the account will be banned from the game by the referee. All decisions regarding bug
exploits will be determined by the referees.

- Problems which are not reported to the Staff team immediately will not change the
results of the match.

- All decisions are made final by the Staff team; participating players may not object.

- Future issues not covered herein shall rely on past League referee(s) decisions.

- Teams that do not follow the rules will lose their opportunity to participate in the League.

- Teams that protest or refuse to participate will be disqualified from future League
competitions.

- All problems that arise during the online tournament which are not due to server related
issues are to be the individual's responsibility and will not affect the results of a match.

7) 30 Second Rules

- If a winning team retreats without attacking for 30 seconds, the team will receive a
warning. If the team continues after being warned, it will be considered foul play
(Aircraft attacks will not be counted).
* The winning team will be decided by the number of high class ships remaining (for
example, if team A has 5 BBs and team B has 4 BBs, Team A is the winning team even though
team B has a higher number of total ships. If the numbers of BB are the same, the order
will continue on to CV, CA, CL, DD.

- This decision is to be determined by the referees. Players cannot argue this point.

8) First, Second, and Third place from each league will play to the Final Eight (Six teams
total from Navy Field North America)

9) Only one team from each nation can participate in the main league.
- If there is more than one team for a specific nation, they will compete to determine the
best team before the main league begins.

10) Each team has 4 reserve players. If a player does not show within 5 minutes of a
scheduled match, a reserve player can then play for the missed spot under the opponent's
agreement.

11) If a ship crashes within one minute of battle, the battle will be restarted. If a ship
crashes after one minute, the game will not be restarted (the crashed ship will be counted
as a sunk vessel).

12) All sailor's abilities will be set to 5000

13) The Referees will be GMs/Moderators/Monitors. Two referees per battle (all refs should
take screenshots after battle).

14) If there is a lag or sync problem during the event, the final eight tournament's rules
will be changed accordingly.

15) Rules may be subject to change at any point due to unforeseen or unexpected issues. It
is your responsibility to be aware of such changes.

16) Only a team's respective national flag is allowed to be used as a fleet seal during
competition.

 

Thật ra phải tối nay vào họp mới chốt ship đc, vì đã biết skill các bác 1 ít thôi, nhưng mà bây giờ bác nào tự nguyện đi, còn chốt thì sợ phật ý các bác. Bây giờ vẫn chưa biết có phân server ra ko. 24 người có 20 người chính , 4 người dự bị. Nhưng mà sơ lược thế này:

The event client and server will be ready by tonight for you to start practicing. The
league will begin on June 6th through the 15th. Finals will begin on June 19th and
will be broadcast by a top game channel in Korea called On Game Net
(www.ongamenet.com).

We are now able to download NFWW Event Client under "download" section.

Only registered players may enter to the Event Server.
64 ships are on item boxes, but you guys cannot sell the recieved ships and we do
have the dock limit, so please choose wisely when you pick the ships.
Also you guys may reqruit the sailors by "new" button on shipyard.

The settings of few ships will be changed, and that new client will be updated
either sunday night or monday morning, so please keep watching our new
announcement; however, there will be no problem to practive with this server first.

NavyFIELD_NFWW is the exe file to make you guys enter the Event Server.

We are very sorry for the late annoucement again, and good luck on your
competitions


* Data files for ships has been fixed and the server condition will be advanced than
before.


*** edited : The problem with the BO unable riding the Premium CA, will be fixed
until 2 am PST(2, Jun.). A short server down will be following for the fix before 2 am.

-------------------method to login on the NFWW server--------------------------------------

1. Please unzip Event server files in a different folder with your Navyfield folder

2. Please run the game through "Navyfield_NFWW.exe"

3. We will update the newest version of this client by tomorrow,
so please re-download again tomorrow.

4. When you re-log in the normal servers, please select the server first,
and then put your id and password there.

5. If you are experiencing any kind of 'Corrupt archive' or 'CRC error' upon unzipping
the archive, please redownload the archive using a download manager to make sure
that your download is not corrupted
