About Online Backup

Think how many photos you have on your computer. Or documents? E-mails, letters and receipts of your online purchases? Have you ever considered what will happen to your files if - or when - your computer's hard drive fails?

F-Secure Online Backup is a product that enables you to save all those important files to a safe location over the network. The files will be securely transferred and stored in encrypted format, and can be later restored on the same or different computer.

After the installation, F-Secure Online Backup analyzes the computer and finds all the documents, e-mail archives, pictures, videos and so forth. They can be stored anywhere on the computer's local hard drives (USB drives are not supported). Alternatively, you can select manually which files or directories you want to back up.

As the list of files to be backed up is being populated, F-Secure Online Backup already starts the backup process by copying the files to the backup servers over the Internet.

What is SOKX PRO 1.0

It is a software application whose function is to protect the USB devices of the autorun.inf file, which active the file .exe, .com or .bat that contains viruses that infect both the USB device as a PC desktop or a laptop into which they are connected.

SOKX PRO 1.0 creates a folder called autorun.inf and a file called recycler hidden from the same time, so that the user does not accidentally delete them.

That way, when the USB device is plugged into an infected computer, SOKX PRO 1.0 prevents that the autorun.inf file, generated by the virus, is copied and spread the virus.

That is, in other words, the file containing the virus if they are copied to your USB device but did not succeed and activated as a result may not release the virus content.
