The Comic-Con trailer is 3:11, a bit longer than the one the rest of us will get which is 2:24.

Suicide Squad Comic Con footage description!
"It opens with Viola Davis' Amanda Waller. Waller is talking to the police commissioner saying that they have captured someone and put them away where no one can find them. The footage focused on introducing the characters including Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn who is locked up in a cell in the middle of a large room like Hannibal Lecter with armed guards approaching her. We see her hanging from the ceiling of the cage by ribbons and doing gymnastics when Waller appears on the catwalk above the cell. Harley asks "Are you the devil?" The footage was shown to the tune of a version of the Bee Gee's "I started a joke" and we got to see glimpses of many of the cast. Including a lot of great group shots of them fighting soldiers.
Towards the end of the footage we see Joker in the shadows shirtless with his tattoos, And he is torturing someone, and he says, "I'm not going to kill you i'm just going to hurt you really really bad".

Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer description from the live blog! It might not describe everything, so bare with me.

The new BvS trailer starts with the end of Man of Steel. Wayne building was destroyed. Bruce was there and saw the whole thing happen! Holly Hunter's Senator is talking about the destruction of Metropolis, "Today is a day for truth". We see Superman flying down to the Senate hall with a bunch of people picketing him. "The world needs to know what happened and what he stands for". "That kind of power is very dangerous" But the Senator turns to Eisenberg's Lex Luthor to help with the issue and he is clearly the instigator. It looks like there are people instigating the battle, Luthor being one and possibly the Joker is the other (although we may not see him in full). We get to see Amy Adams Lois Lane and Diane Lane's Ma Kent who are clearly on the side of Superman. "You don't owe this world a thing" says Ma Kent. There's a scene of the Bat suit with the words scrawled "You Let Your Family Die" (and later another image of the words "The Joke's On You Batman"). One of the best shots was Superman ripping the entire top of the Batmobile off and Batman standing up to him. We saw one scene of Luthor looking at a glowing green rock. We did get to see Wonder Woman in action, basically two scenes of her fighting and she looks great! Luthor has hair in all the footage they showed."
