Konami sẽ phát triển 1 series Metal Gear mới sau PP, đang tuyển nhân sự.

With rumors of a divorce between Konami and Kojima Productions taking the internet by storm, Konami doesn’t seem to be ready to abandon the Metal Gear series.

Today the Japanese branch of the publisher announced with a press release that not only it will continue to release Metal Gear games after The Phantom Pain, but it has already determined to launch the production of a new Metal Gear series.

In fact, Konami has opened a webpage seeking staff for a new team working on the series, looking for developers with experience in high-end game production and planning, rich imagination and the ability to generate innovative ideas.

We probably will never know for sure what caused the rift between Kojima-san and Konami, but after so many years working side by side, it’s not unlikely for differences of opinion to emerge.

We’ll have to wait and see what will come out of this, but for the moment, we still have The Phantom Pain to play.

sống thì vẫn sống, nhưng Kojima feeling chắc ko còn

MGS V TPP là game chủ lực Konami năm nay bên cạnh thằng pes, chắc vẫn ra như bt thôi, Kojima vẫn làm, nhưng xong thì quit, coi như hôm nọ ổng nói nghỉ làm MGS là thật rồi

Kojima Productions is affected by Konami's reorganization, and it reports that KojiPro's logo has been removed, twitter has been changed to @metalgear_jp, and so on.

Kojima's retirement rumors spread globally, up to and including the revelation that Konami is looking for new staff to continue this series.



Many users have voiced their anxiety on the upcoming release MGSV:TPP, Game*Spark and Konami's Editorial Department has provided some answers:

Will Kojima Productions be disbanded?

-Yes. All releases previously made under different studios will be centralized and coordinated from headquarters.



Will Kojima be leaving his position?

-Kojima will remain the director of the "Metal Gear" series. He will continue to innovate with new ideas as creator.



What about talks of him stepping down as director? Are those true?

-He is still one of our employees, and is continuing to work full-strength on "MGSV:TPP".



And is it true that he has been changed to a contract employee?

-We cannot reveal private details.



Is it true that KojiPro's staff have restricted internet and e-mail access?

-It is true that the reorganization has resulted in this. This is done in order to provide a greater development environment.



In that case, will Kojima be less available for interviews?

-As a result, yes.

Kojima feeling không còn thì tốt nhất là không nên làm tiếp MGS, nhìn mấy cái MGS không có ổng tham gia kể cả portable ops thì quả là thảm hoạ. Không có Kojima ver 2 đâu, vì ổng luôn thổi 1 cái hồn rất riêng vào series này, nên nếu không còn có ổng thì MGS khó có thể hay hơn được, trừ phi là thành 1 clone của mấy cái game như hitman, splinter cell, (không muốn thấy MGS bị hoá thành mấy tựa game thực tế quá như thế này).
