Terms of Negotiation
I. There will be no more dueling between our towns. Any person that breaks this rule will be dismissed immediately (unless its a special reason and the duel is agreed upon by both participants).
II. Both of our towns may become allies if the town leader(s) agree for it to be so. In this case, each town would be willing to support each other in any of their wars. Free trade may exist between towns, if the leaders chose so.
III. The members of both of our towns will remove anything that is degrading of the other town in their profiles. Members may list facts such as that we have an alliance or an N.A.P. (whichever the leader chooses). Members may not include pictures or derogatory comments about each other or each others towns in their profile.
IV. The negotiation will be conducted for one week starting Wednesday, December 10th, 2008 and ending Wednesday, December 17th, 2008. If an agreement is not reached during that time, then negotiation is over and the towns will either go their own ways, or continue the conflict. During the negotiation, the towns will have a Non Agression Pact during which no one will attack each other from our towns.
V. If any of the above terms are broken, the negotiation is void and no relations will exist between the two towns.
VI. In the case that The West Armies joins the UTW alliance, the two towns will automatically become allies. Both towns will then abide by the terms of the UTW alliance instead of the ones here. If the The West Armies does decide that they are interested in joining UTW, they will mail the leader of the UTW alliance, ronaldstrider who will then tell them if they are eligible to receive membership.
In the case they are accepted, this agreement is void and the two towns will follow the UTW rules.
In the case they are rejected, this agreement will be in place for both of our towns.
